Secure your account with two-factor authentication
Add a second layer of protection to your login, and use biometric unlock on mobile.
Why turn it on
Two-factor authentication (2FA) means a stolen password alone isn't enough to access your account. For an app that sees your full financial picture, we strongly recommend it.
Setting it up
From Settings → Security:
- 1.Choose Enable two-factor authentication.
- 2.Scan the QR code with an authenticator app.
- 3.Save your recovery codes somewhere safe — they're the only way back in if you lose your device.
Biometric unlock on mobile
In the Sampul app, enable Face ID or fingerprint unlock in Settings → Security. Biometrics stay on your device — Sampul never sees or stores them.
