Encryption, read-only connections, and access controls — how your information is kept safe.
Encryption
Your data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest on our infrastructure. Sessions are protected and expire automatically after inactivity.
Read-only by design
Bank connections are read-only: Sampul can see balances and transactions to help you plan, but cannot move money or make changes at your bank. There is no payment capability to compromise.
Who can see your data
You, and the household members you've explicitly shared with. Our team accesses account data only when required to resolve a support issue you've raised, under access controls and logging. We do not sell your data.
Responsible AI
Sampul AI uses your financial data to answer your questions — that's its job. Your data is not sold to third parties or used to advertise to you.
